Interesting reading
After a few months, it is interesting to come back to your thoughts and I think I'm very close to your position.
Except for the blue :p
In fact, I see what you mean and as this is a color that is coming back since recently (there was the 5070P but it was rare in Patek's colelction), it leaves the impression of new hype.
However, I would think that blue remains a quite classical color, thus, though we haven't seen many before the last 10 years or so, it won't get out of fashion that quick, if ever. Just my perception and opinion.
I would even think it is more classical than a dark grey (anthracite) that we often find added to a rose gold case.
Hence, if today it is new and that we've seen it entering the colelction quickly on many models, I think that after this "introduction" time has passed, it will remain as a basic classical coloramong the others.
However, I noticed that you didn't like that and that's totally understandable! I personally don't like the steel vertically brushed dials that much.
I must definitely choose and get a 5960 in the future... I still have to find which one and be sure the heft of the Pt versions is too much. I'll take my time...
I'm on your side with the 5320G, I think that it is great but it doesn't sing to me yet for subjective reasons. We can't love them all
Yes, the 5650G was surprising but I feel that many people came quite quickly back to like the watch when we knew better about its technical features.
We'll talk about each of them during the year I'm sure.
Thank you for sharing your detailed thoughts about them and for your very nice comments on the report Keks
Best, Mark
