Many were waiting for the 5131P and some real pictures. On leather strap I would have been very sad to not be able to get one... Now my targets are more the 5960s... The WG Blue dial is cool, the steel black too. Have to see these two in the real. Still, ...

Well, this is a tough question Julian as I still have the 5960/1A white dial pictures I made when I tried it one or two years ago (here below). I'm still not a fan of the bracelet style and design but I found that, with the right attire, it can look nice ...

I will concur with you in that once you actually see specific references, a totally different feeling emerges. I have seen the 5131P on image quite a few times, but nothing prepares for seeing it in the flesh. It has a vibrancy and appeal which is extraor... 

We have the same approach there and at least seeing many of these watches in the metal brings something more than what the official pictures might communicate. You're having a few to enjoy on your side and this is great. Thanks a lot for your feedback Joe... 

2017 was a great year for new releases for PP I have to admit. If I had to pinpoint to one thing I wish they had done differently it is perhaps a little less blue. I realize blue is the fashion of the moment, I do realize it is an easy color to absorb for... 

After a few months, it is interesting to come back to your thoughts and I think I'm very close to your position. Except for the blue :p In fact, I see what you mean and as this is a color that is coming back since recently (there was the 5070P but it was ... 

But also the other watches are very nice. Seeing all the new watches together again makes me realise this was a very good Basel for Patek. Much better than I had initially thought.

After a few months, it is nice to see people's feeling about the novelties and it is quite interesting too in order to see if Patek makes good choices, at least for us here :p The 5131P and 5170P are definitely bringing something very nice in the brand's ... 

My favorites are the 5131P (of course) and the 5320G

The 5650G is one of them for sure and is something I would have loved to get as well, as an everyday wearer. The difficulty to get one from an AD (thus normal price, I don't talk about the grey market due to flippers) shows that this limited edition is re...

Good job. Let me add that this old man has grown to love the 5320. My first impression was of an over-complicated, over-priced Pilot Watch. But having seen many, many pictures, and then seeing it live in NYC I find it to be a very, very attractive Perpetu...

5131P really gives me sleepless nights. It's absolutely breathtaking. I used to dislike this bracelet but on 5131P it really looks awesome. Without the bracelet, the watch would loose a lot of its special appearance and presence. Best, Volker

Thank you Mark! Great! But why are you wearing gloves in every picture?!

Last year they provided white gloves while this year they were brown (they help not putting finger prints everywhere and cleaning quickly the watches that were touched by other people attending). I must say that the brown ones change the size and the look... 

tried the 5960 since I want to add a chrono to my humble sporty Patek collection ( 5712 /5167) I prefer the Cream over the black dial because the black is More classic and the red hand a bit too glossy But not found of the bracelet So I tried the G versio...
