Patek Philippe

The Patek Philippe ref. 2481 is rarely seen, but it has a gorgeous 37mm case (which was large by the standards of the 50's, reason why it was called ' King Size ') with stepped lugs and many lovely dial variants , including wonderful cloisonné enamel exam...  

While I have always appreciated the craftmanship and history, PP doesn't really turn my crank but those pics were wonderful, thanks for educational trip!

my favorite is the enamel dial(s), especially with tropical scenes !

My favorite would be the Eurasia, I think. But I also like the Roman numerals on the regular dial.

The case size is lovely on the wrist. Well...my wrist ;-)
