Wow to infinity!!!!!! I have seen images of a handful of these.. different dial colors/metals with Breguet numerals and no tachometer.
Separately I have see a handful either in person or in images of the same BUT with tachometer eg Eric Clapton WG silver dial on a bracelet. A very big thank you for adding this salmon Breguet 5970 to the mix! ...

Yes, truly amazing. Early first series first year of production. Looks like a Vichet case of which there are relatively few and only early first series before
switch over to Wenger cases. Vichet cases are about 2 mm smaller but have longer down turned lugs. Another uber rare feature, is that it is a pulsations dial, rather than tachometer. In case you are interested the watch was sold in Geneva at Antiquorum on...
