Close, but the 5127 is more sensual and curvy with the rounded bezel vs. the wider, flatter bezel of the 5107.
Pure personal preference of course.

Maybe my favorite modern Calatrava. Simple and gorgeous! Btw, something I like very much is how Patek Philippe is smaller than we sometimes see. Reminds me of vintage signatures.
