Boating is very personal...
There is also a saying that the second best day of your life is when you buy
a boat... and the best one is the day that you sell it.... lol
Of course the are two different kind of boaters...
(but that is another story)
As I already said in your previous thread, a Nautilus would be perfect for a Riva...
But for the Swan? I also agree that a 5960 would be perfect... But the blue dial...
Although I have yet to see it (and it looks a tad too blue) and I prefer the pewter dial,
it would match the blue of the see- a second choice would be a Nautilus chrono...
Actually thinking about it, I would choose the 5960 for sailing and a Blancpain FF for
diving....
Again, what a great post Dje... Which watch (es) would be your choice?

Just came off a conversation with a Riva salesperson and learned: the girl is not included. My fantasy is shot to peaces. I will live on without boat an with present girl and watches

For the Swan 90......5960p would be my choice.....
As I would need an auto watch which will keep me informed as to what day, date, and month it was as well as if it was Am or Pm a 12 hour chrono.... oh and the time would be useful also The 5960p would look great on a wrist aboard that wonderful yacht........

But I would hate to fall overboard, wearing either a 5960 or 70P!! Think of the misery that would bring. I think that I would have to wrap them up in a watertight case!! LOL Thanks Jerome for a lovely thread and gorgeous photos.

I definitely see the 5711/1A or 5980/1A on a power boat, but for some unknown reason I see a 3940 on a sailboat. Wonderful post! I wish I was on the water now.
