Patek 2509 help needed
Hello everyone....
I came across this watch recently.... If i was to buy this watch it would be my first Patek... I dont know what I dont know ....
I can get more photos but would love to get some advise from the hive mind here....
I will try to get the case opened , I was told it has a its original dust cover..
Any thoughts comments etc..... good bad and ugly are wanted....

Nice to find you here. You should find a calibre 12 400 inside. I'm not sure about how original the dial is. You'd need a loupe or we'd need some macro photos to advise you. Regards, Tim S.

.... you will find a ton of reference. From a visual inspection, you need to ask the seller : crown, dial, hands, hallmarks, case, dust cover, movement - coincide archive info. The watch from your provided pics looks genuine. Happy hunting.

The knock off pin buckle does seem to raise some questions about the watch. It would be nice to have an Extract from the Archives or other service papers if they are available.
