you do not wear often, IMO you should trade them for something you lust for.
Collecting watches is an expensive hobby and, to me, trading is a reasonable way to try different pieces and brands.

Go for it! I sometimes miss the watches that were traded but haven't regretted the decision and always been happy with the consolidation
Even if you do find yourself missing a watch that's been sold and need to have it back, it can be an opportunity to "upgrade" to a different dial color, case material, or other variation.
