Sorry i don't get it...
You got plenty of dough to acquire some of the most beautiful/complicated/difficult to find/out of reach timepieces for many of us here but you're struggling to finance the purchase of a Patek 5970 thus asking publicly if you should sell a considerable part of your awesome collection to fund your next acquisition? Again...i don't get it! My opinion, keep what you already have and save up (if you need to) for the 5970, best of both worlds.

Sell 5270g for 5970p
Sell 5270G to buy 5970p. There are in similar function, and 5970p is much better in dial layout and rarer than 5270. Keep the rest brands, they give you varieties for different occasions.
I would never sell 5270G if i have it
This is one of the harmonic and well balanced Patek ever created! I would by second 5270g just as back up:) If you sell it you will regret it and miss its beautiful face week later...
Keep the Pateks
5970P is a great piece and very collectable as is your 5070. The BP/Omega's and VC's would be the first thing I would boot to go towards the 5270.
