I like the feuille hands on yours though...a good look. Also note the differences on the lugs - no holes on mine. Apparently, according to Patek, yours is as original (holes drilled right through and spring bars), and mine have been filled over the years for some reason. My watch is currently at Patek getting the holes set back to the original configuration.
