I cannot imagine how you must have felt when that happened. I own a 1943 1530A so I will be careful when winding it too since I doubt there is a stop mechanism. Which currency is the 1200 in?!
how do you know when to stop winding? just by feeling that you need to give β more strengthβ in winding? For me that is quite difficult with some old watches, because some need powerful fingers πͺ
