That's a guess I make as well
even though I think that there should maybe be a limit. It is not necessarily because there is a market for one thing that the brand should provide it.
Maybe 42 is the limit I would pic for Patek.
Going further is taking a risk with the brand's image. Limiting to 42 is just loosing afew clients going for 44. Less a problem imho.

In the past the collectors knew what made each piece special
now Patek makes it "fool prove" for the "collector" by writing what is special about this piece in letters on the dial? Lucky it is far out of my reach, this labelled special piece. Best Moritz

Whilst many will be underwhelmed I get the wait for 50. The platinum is a nice piece and well the blue looks good on any Nautilus however I\'m not personally a fan of the "40" text. I find the size reference intriguing and wonder how the Chrono stacks up ...
