I knew when I bought the watch that the green elastic was going to go great on it, and it does.

I understand, and have experienced, that switch being flipped. It can something that’s been on the periphery for years and all of a sudden it becomes the number one must have, can’t live without, I would kill for it watch. I also like that you went older ... 

Sometimes it's like, "I never appreciated watches like this, but now I see why people like them and so I like them too." That's me with skeletonized dials: most of my watch collecting life I thought they just looked chintzy and showy, but a couple of year... 

This Aquanaut looks perfect on you. Enjoy, dear blau.

But so elegant it looks effortless. It really looks outstanding on your wrist, congratulations! Now just make sure it's not taken away from you!

But in any case thank you! Effortless is very much part of the feeling here, like it's easy to put with anything, easy to forget about, and also easy to spend all day staring at.

As you’re finding out, it’s a strap monster! I especially love your last pic as that’s how I wear my 5167 most of the time. Love it on a great fabric strap. So comfortable.

Not great photos but you get the idea. Get a Nick Mankey strap. They’re the best fabric straps. ...  

But another good example of versatility.

I love the earlier (Smaller Aqunauts). They became s bit large for me in the 21st Century but the earlier ones are fantastic. Congratulations!

I love changing straps to my 5167.. as it is difficult to find OEM straps and also prices are high i bought from a company called Tempomat Madrid. they got several colors and can tell the quality and fit is same as original. prices are pretty decent as th...
