Patek Philippe

I'm not feeling it. It's neither here nor here. Maybe the white metal or RG version with a different dial may help. But right now, I rather have a true vintage. 5950A is GORGEOUS in real pictures. Thank you Jerome. *CL

Jerome, I love the brown and Rose combo. But for long time, I have not seen such a great yellow with a black strap. thanks for sharing. I love it.

As much as the 5170J is a dream we would all want to come true, there are other dreams you just can't dream to see happen! Those two watches, and specially the first one, are occupying the exact opposite situation to the 5170 on the Patek Philippe range o...

How depressing is that? Not one for chronos (dunno why, just don't get it) but the 5950 is tugging pretty hard, I must say. But was an illusion or did I really see the retail price published somewhere at over 300K Euros?

so the watch remains an illusive truth for me at least, my target actually being the 500K Euro 5951A..those red slim stockings..I mean hands... Larry

Let me begin to say to those who love the slate grey dial of the original 5960 that the original is not discontinued but completed by this gorgeous blued dialed version. The perfect colour for enjoying the greatness of life After four years of life the 59...

Patek Philippe reference 5980/1A has been one of the most looked after complicated pieces in the last years. The blue dialed version in steel is still offered but is now completed by a second dial variation of charcoal to black nuances. Patek Philippe 598...

The 5170 is great indeed, but ofcourse they had too. It is a watch wcich is good enough to be the successor of the 5070. Must be great to own both. If only 1 is possible ,... you guys know my choice ;-)

It will be be supplied this year but discontinued not later than Basel 2011. That's the information my AD received from PP in Basel!

thanks for a wonderful report Dje. great to see all these exciting new PP's coming along...while most of them are completely out of my range, some are om my radar... I am very much fond of the 5960 and i think the way PP does the annual calender is really...

it also took you a few years to realize you need a 5070 ;-) so a 5170 is on it's way but you don't know it yet lol

Too perfect for me, with some serious imperfections... See, for example, the pulsometer ring, which is eaten by the 2 counters. Then, the Roman XII and 6 are not my taste at all. On the other side, the movement is better included on the 5170 than on the 5... 

I agree with most things you say but not about the case. for be the 5070's case is one of the mosr beautifull cases I ever saw. and I can't see a reason whyt the 5170's case would be more elegant

As well as the bezel. But, once again, I prefer the 5070 to the 5170, by far, because it corresponds more to my personal taste. Best, Nicolas

I prefer the 5070. The new watch seem me on e clatrava....but it's good the new pulsation climb. (excusme for my english but I have not studied english)

a very elegant chrono.dress watch (not too big, not too small). I'm looking at the the most recent Antiquorum catelog (2nd page) shows a vintage Patek 1463 two register chronograph. The similarities are clearly apparent,... right down to the straight swor...
