Hi,
The watch seems nice and very classic.
It depends as much of your wife as of the watch. 
Do you think (I guess yes if you ask) that she will wear such a classical piece?
Regarding the calibre I suppose it to be as nice as a vintage Patek Philippe calibre can be, that is of high level.
I have no idea about the price, and as we do not discuss value here... You may want to do an internet search about sales of such watches.
