Worldtimer love
Ever since I got my 5131R, you could say I love Patek’s worldtimer. After the 5930, I’m hesitating to add another one to the collection, either the new 5230R-001 or go a little back in time and get the 5130P-020 or 5110P-001. Difficult choices.

Disappointed by lack of a seconds hand

Great pair, especially the 5131R is IMO unbeatable! Of the WTs you mentioned, the 5230 is frankly my least favorite, while I like both older models (5110 and 5130)...
But it's of course a matter of taste, and should you like a 5230, the big advantage is that it's readily available at ADs virtually everywhere. Or... you could do what I'm doing, namely wait one more year or so for your next WT and hope to be selected for...

5230 because IMO it adds diversity to your Worldtime collection and it does not have the crown guards like your 5131R or 5110. Await your decision !
