Change consideration
Hi everyone ) Recently have tried this beauty, now thinking of substitution of my 5980 on it…what is your opinion dear watch lovers ? ...
Both are beautiful watches. The 5712/1R-001 is slimmer, more elegant
and can be worn more easily under long sleeves…
Unless you have a clear use of the chronograph function, I would go with the 5712

Both beautiful but i still like the 5980 a bit more tbh .
the dial layout of the 5980 is more balanced imho
If you have to choose one, IMO the deciding factor, other than functions, is
whether you want a bigger wrist presence. Both pieces are great and if possible, have both. Let us know your decision and how you made it.

If the choice is one or the other I would keep the RG one but Steel Nautilus is more versatile and wearable in all circumstances
the ideal option is both: financially I think is like cash in the bank (if bought from an AD of course) + appreciation so totally worth it.
My vote goes to the 5712
In my opinion the chrono pushers ruins the iconic nautilus case shape
