My favorite is 5131R.
The reason is that I love the enamel map. 2nd is 5270G, which is a wonderful variant of the 5270. 3rd is 5271 because the gem-set bezel is a bit too much for me. Best, Emmanuel

That deep blue of the 5271P looks stunning indeed, and it looks quite similar to the (enamel) blue of 5370P-011.

In comparison, the 5270G with slate dial looks so “minimalistic” which is quite nice. I am the opposite of you, I usually favor PCC but here the enamel of 5131 really stands out in a great way and catches my eye first.
