Your 570 is gorgeous!!!
I am not familiar with the steel version as they are super rare. But it seems like most 570 before mid 60s will have raised enamel dial. One guy that I respect tremendously who has decade of experience handling various 570 told me yesterday that he will only collect 570 with raised enamel signature. I think he is correct. For such a simple dial, that detail is very important.
