Hopefully, Santa comes through for you!
The FortyFive Chrono is pretty sweet. I still can't get over the way the strap hugs your wrist. It's a great design. In a way, I'm not surprised that Piaget continues striding forward, despite the harsh reality of today's global economy. When you have products you believe in, understand your clientele, and can put capital back into the company for R&D, so that your brand is better positioned when everyone emerges at the end of this dark financial tunnel, that's smart and strategic. Just my opinion, of course.
Looking forward to hearing more about your visit to Piaget. Undoubtedly, some beautiful timepieces were seen.
Cheers,
Daos

The 2009 holiday season is right around the corner for many of us, so what better time than now to present timepieces and jewelry of remarkable elegance and craftsmanship -- the hallmarks of good taste for which Piaget is known. So, to all you good little...

Don't you think your wife deserves something shiny and pretty for all she does? Remember the rule for domestic harmony: 2 watches for you; 1 for her (or maybe 3 watches for you, 1 necklace for her). Well, you get the idea! *evil chuckling* Daos

The more I see them the more I like the models from the Altiplano line. I would gladly accept the GOA34113 which is the rose gold model with small seconds at 10/11 o'clock. The classic ultra thin rose Altiplano GOA 31114 would also be a nice holiday treat...

...or nice this year, Dino? LOL! Nice, I'm sure. The Altiplano line is one of my favorites from Piaget. The thin cases still manage to have a presence on the wrist, and they all exude elegance. The Double Jeu is my favorite Piaget timepiece, and I think t...

Hi Daos, For some reason I am drawn to case shapes other than round for dress watches. My current three dress watches are square, rectangular, and an asymetric case. Hence the Emperador calls to me because its an intersting twist on a rectangular case. Ye...

as I've been to the factory AGAIN, last week and saw how they make some f those pieces (jewellery and watches). It is surprising (to me) that Piaget is not standing still in a global recession -- they have invested more into the Manufactures -- that I can...
