One of the reasons that Richard supports forums such as this is to learn what people who love and support the brand think.
That does not give us the excuse to shout and rant without argument or cause.
Richard always strives for the best. It is who he is. And hence, if he can reduce the time for maintenance or repair he will. He appreciates all and everyone who buys one of his watches and will always try his utmost to keep RM owners happy.
Good news - and before the summer break too (more difficult than you think!).
