With ground breaking horological technology is bound to come technical glitches or teething problems such as the calendar mechanisms on early 11s, the crown gaskets of the 14s and even a recent main spring problem I had with my 27 which was fixed within a month.

And that's my point really. 1 MONTH! Can you imagine any other brand making the effort to turn around such a complicated piece in such a short time? They even fixed a watch I bought, rather cheekily, at auction under warranty when I was expecting to pay for the repair. Hat's off to them, best customer care I have known with regards to watches.
