Hope you get it soon
I've had one watch (not RM though) which took 6 months to service and another 5 months (not RM either). That's how long it takes for simple watches to get fixed sometimes. Unfortunately it's something I've already come to accept whenever I bring in a watch for service. I pray it doesn't come back to me in 6 months each time.
I think if watch servicing has better turn around time, I would definitely send in my watches for routine servicing much more often instead of the if it ain't broke, don't fix it mentality :P
Cheers,
Anthony

I share your disappointment. Went through the same with my rm010. I was told by my local AD that Richard Mille is understaffed in servicing dept. the fact that they are in the process of migrating to a new factory doesn't help too. Hang in there mate.
Hope you get it soon

5 months is a lot of time. at least a few updates along the way would be appreciated, as opposed to a short line saying "by the way, it will take another month!" for what it is worth, an overhaul on a (simple) Patek (Nautilus -- 3800) took a little over 3...
