Under appreciated, almost never discussed, which is strange, as this is a very special Rolex. First of all, this is THE exception to the Rolex Round Cases. Then, a manual winding movement. And to end, a very elegant aesthetic. The only reserve I have is t...

It's a ladies version, belongs to my wife. Went out of production in or around 1998. Wind up. Rose gold case in a sandwich construction. She's not a Rolex fan but she loved it so we bought it.

it is just too bulky to be elegant. And this kind of watch only works if it is elegant. On the other hand, I think it is a missed opportunity for Rolex, They could do so much better here. Would I be interested in an real hommage Prince? Perhaps. But not t... 

A thinner case would make this Watch more tempting... A Re Edition ala Vintage Prince? THAT would be great, but it seems that the " re edition card " is played by Tudor, nowadays... Best, my friend. Nicolas

It looks like an interesting and attractive watch to me, but I've only seen the photos. My local AD didn't have any when I was there over the weekend. It does look a little tall for a dress watch, but I would have to try it on to know for sure. The displa... 

The problem is the thick and big case. Otherwise, I would have already owned it. But there are some excellent points, on this Watch: The movement, and the dial. Thanks for your input! Nicolas

The case size is fine but the bezel and the hands are too thick. At the end, the watch lacks the subtility an elegant watch requires. It is a very enjoyable movement to wind but the balance wheel is really very small. I think that there are more seducing ... 

But all these features are quite unusual for a Rolex Watch. Agreed about the too large bezel, too... Best, Nicolas

I know a person who has mint condition gents & ladies prince and 'princess' in gold with a god bracelet on both. They seem form the 30's I haven't seen them in a while but he was offered a very pretty penny for them some years ago. Will try for some p...

Looks like there is not too much love out there for the modern interpretation of the Prince. Not quite sure why that is the case, as I absolutely love mine, which is the red gold model. I got it a couple of years ago, and it was obviously not a hot seller...
