It's a ladies version, belongs to my wife. Went out of production in or around 1998. Wind up. Rose gold case in a sandwich construction. She's not a Rolex fan but she loved it so we bought it.

Looks like there is not too much love out there for the modern interpretation of the Prince. Not quite sure why that is the case, as I absolutely love mine, which is the red gold model. I got it a couple of years ago, and it was obviously not a hot seller...
