Okay, assuming that's not possible, on to the more modern one which was the subject of your post.
I agree with most of your thoughts on this one. Tudor did a very nice job of mixing and matching here, and judged as an independent timepiece, I think the watch works quite well. I too wish the case were a bit slimmer, but overall, this is one I have kicked around of late and may one day add to the stable.
In many ways, this watch would seem to be the one that brought modern Tudor "back" as a brand worth considering. IMHO their efforts for years had been somewhat uninspiring in light of their impressive past, but the Black Bay represented a return to their roots and what they do well.
Look forward to seeing yours once you obtain one.
