You choke up in the knife exposing just the tip and most of the work is rocking the oyster. No gloves.
All my old scars happen when i was too aggressive on the knife side.

Finally summer is here
and we hopefully will start to see that highly recognizable white haired arm more often. Great combo, oysters on the wrist and in the plate. Great mop GP too, very appropriate for the occasion. Have a great summer sir!
