Go blue.
The green dial in the steel watch could have been timeless without the sunburst dial - just keep it matte for the really good stuff.
They did this with the milgauss as well - it was perfect with the matte black dial - then they go sunburst blue and all of a sudden I’m looking at a tissot prx.
They made the new(ish) polar explorer ii timeless and got rid of the shiny black circles around the indices and went matte - beautiful.
I think I’ll wear my prx tonight 
Hulk or Smurf ?
I love monochromatic watches! Let’s assume they have the same value, even though they don’t as one is stainless steel and the other is white gold, which do you prefer aesthetically ? Why ? ...
I love blue
But I would get the hulk, that shade of blue looks too much like plastic to me.
Assuming both have the same value, from horological importance I’ll vote for the Smurf.

I would go with the Hulk here, I have the BLNR and think that is just the right amount of blue, with the black, and may be in my top 3 watches ever that I have owned, and I have owned a lot of watches…I feel the Smurf is too much of the blue that I love, ...
I certainly appreciate the warmth of the metal of the Smurf.
But I find the green dial of the hulk just so captivating. But honestly, I prefer both of these! ...
