It was my pleasure reading your post and trying to understand your thoughts.
I am myself very keen on the white dials. Something I have been for some years.
In my belongings of not vintage do I own a white dialed Daytona and a white dialed Turn-O-Graph and am also really really keen on the white dialed Millgauss which might be my next non vintage Rolex 
On the vintage Rolex am I still in the search for a white dialed Pan-Am GMT....

It's orange. I mess up the setting and "burned" it. I will do shot in the future. Your E2 will look fantastic in a white stripes nato I presume. Then again it may look loud Lets us know which model you decide on. I'm sure it will be awesome. Best Tyler
