Today Tudor offers its BB 54 which if given the options of a Mercedes hour hand and a big crown … (and Rose emblem and less inscriptions on dial) would be the “perfect” watch!

Serious aftermarket franken… For something similar, look at Unimatic. An original watch at leas than 1/10 of this one.

Yes, the lugs are much better
… thus the proportions. Still, a very interesting contrast of warm and cool elements.

Lots of nice vintage inspired options from Tudor nowadays.
Very interesting. Closest analogy I can think of is the so-called “resto-mod” in car and motorcycle subcultures.
This said, I am loving my 41mm Tudor Black Bay on jubilee.
