Rolex

Interesting story Nicolas, and I thank you so much...

... for your comments.
It is true that we always keep learning about watches (or any other collecting object), and specially complex is everything around Rolex.

Regarding a honeycomb dial in 6610 Explorers, I took the information from the Antiquorum "Evolution" catalog, which states that the 6610 was the last reference in which a honeycomb dial was offered, and that they are considered rare.

I don´t really know if this statement can be taken as a serious "bibliografic reference" among collectors, but it was the source I found and read, before making the purchase of my watch.

Of course I´m open to receive the information to confirm this dial is a fake o redial, which will be very dissapointing to me, but I´m still able to return this watch, as it was sold by someone whom I know well.

I appreciate your answer, and also read with much interest about your 1675 experience.

Muchas gracias amigo, y un fuerte abrazo, Abel.
