Rolex

John....

......I am still waiting for someone to tell me just how decayed the Radium-226 that was used in the 1950s was. Had it been decaying for 10,000 years prior to being applied by Rolex to their dials....maybe just 5000 years? Maybe it was brand "new" with no decay.

Did they use the same batch of Radium-226 for ALL their watches?

If they didn't, then surely someone back in the 1950s made a note of how decayed each batch was?

Surely someone made those notes.

Surely those notes still exist.

or maybe none of it was documented ... in which case ANYTHING can have resulted from zero through to absurd.

Maybe.
