Oh goodness, yes, they butchered a service experience for me.

 

I owned the Montblanc 1858 steel tachymeter. It is a bit of a cult watch on our forum. Awesome piece, I loved everything about it and was one of the very first collectors to commit to that watch. Sadly, the service experience was beyond frustrating, they made so many mistakes. I was very lucky to sell it to a great guy, and thankfully for him, it is still working. But because of the experience, I will never purchase another new watch from any of the Richemont brands. JLC might be the lone exception, because I know a guy in France who could assist with factory help ;-)
