Rolex

This is another modern Rolex that has piqued my interest, particularly the one with the D-blue dial. I like the technical specifications and the look, as well as the collectibility potential. Any thoughts? ...  

a bit too thick for my taste, and I prefer a simple matte dial on divers. Not sure how collectable they are given that this dial variation has been in continuous production since 2014 ...

Really enjoyed it, was just time to move on to something a bit less bulky. And dial a little to busy for my changing tastes. Would not look to as a collectible, as it has been updated since initially released. Also, while and increase in value, has not fo... 

If you can overcome the thickness or wordiness on the dial, it’s a good watch to have in the collection - graduated blue to black dial + specifically honouring an individual’s achievement; both I believe, are first for Rolex. Version 2 - with the crown at...

But I very much want to add a modern Rolex to the lineup. I want a piece of their latest and greatest technology. If you read about their movements these days, the mechanisms are truly remarkable.

In my collection I have the old reference 116660 black dial, much rarer, and less inflated than blue d. The blue D was really liked by the resellers, who unfortunately cannot sell as they would like. If you do a search, you will see how many, too many d b... 

There are still many Dblue 116660 in new condition,year 2017/2018 17/18k and I think also negotiable. 116660 black 2017/2018 in new condition are no longer available. reference 126660 with updated caliber there is many pieces available. This year the new ... 

I think the improvements for the 126660 are essential. So I would definitely go for this later version. By the way, I never heard about a 136660, either.
