This would be an extensively refurbished “vintage”
For a vintage collector, this is a pass. In restoring a vintage, ideally every component is period correct but unless one has access to all the parts and stuff, minimally, the crystal, dial, insert, hands, bracelet should match; interior components have to be original Rolex (even if not from the same period which is not easy to source and verify).
On this particular sample, not sure if the dial is a service dial and if Rolex replaced it with lumi hands despite a tritium dial, it could mean Rolex has run out of tritium replacement hands.
In the end, who does Rolex have in mind to sell this to? Definitely not a vintage collector but for someone looking for a modern GMTM, they will do better going for the 6 digit range.
