Tudor Montecarlo vs Porsche
Hello.
Just being new to the hobby of (trying) to collect such important watches, a big question arises. Where to get the watches?
Chrono24 is a realiable source, albeit a little expensive, Ebay is riskier but maybe all depends on the seller .
It seems you found two (specially the Porsche) very difficult to impossible to find watches, in that kind of condition (correctly aged dial with the original hands, bracelets and so on, even the boxes are handed`).
Hoy do you get access to such watches?

Once I solve the question of which Vintage to get ( or both ),

Ever hit the market and most sit in collector's private hands. When they do exchange from collector to another collector many times it is private transaction and never listed. The majority of my pristine rarer pieces were wither found this way or I contra...

Porsche for me

There has been various conversations about the end links. I think my 7159 has 282 which fit perfectly. But I think several end fit but they appear to be spread a little to give the best fit as the same end links are also found on submariners which do not ...
