At the airports here, for xrays/metal detectors. Anything with metal we have to take out. So i put the watch in the pouch and stuff it inside my bag.

How remote!

Hehe that side of the country faces the Pacific Ocean so it get its share of typhoons. The drive makes it feel remote for sure.

Yes indeed, salt. And the right watch does add a special something on trips like these. Non watch folks won’t get it but we do :-)

Yes, I jad it serviced, as I dive a lit with that watch, and it already needed a full overallling...
