A few more of the sd43

For appreciation purposes of how it wears in various angles and lighting..

Our home base for the trip, preparing to scout a couple of locations. I like how the sd pops here.



A 630 am pic checking out a small inlet community.



On the other side of that inlet community, low tide at that time hence the boats above water. I’m usually OC about the sapphire glass, always wiping it but for some reason that OCness was put on hold during this trip. I just let it be.



A wrist shot from that yard of wrecked ships. I like the angle of the watch here as it sits on the wrist. A nice compact piece of steel. Also, there are angles that make the bezel look like it’s flaring out of the case but not so here from this angle. Looks more like an sd4k if you take out the cyclops.



This was a last minute discovery. We asked casually somebody from that inlet community of other fishermen spots and readily pointed us to this spot which was just a few minutes drive but not readily seen from the main road. It was such a nice spot that we were joking about setting up a folding table and having a few beers on the left side of the pic. Quite a nice detour.



At the hotel with the morning light coming in. Came back from that early morning drive to have breakfast. I always travel with a power strip for all my gadgets. That white strip there is my maintenance med to lower my blood pressure. The black suede pouch, that’s for the watch. I have that on the ready for passing through metal detectors in the airport. It’s a freakin’ ritual getting through security checks!
