In my unbridled enthusiasm i made sure my children were well supplied with watches from the start. My daughter’s first (even before the standard FlikFlak / Swatch stuff) was a mechanical Fortis Mini Flipper NOS. That she might have worn once or twice 😂 So...  

I tried a Winnie the Pooh watch with my daughter when she was very young, and later a Casio and a Seiko, but none of them had staying power ... until her Apple Watch !

A hand wound Winnie the Pooh Seiko - need to find a picture somewhere 😁 Funnily enough the AppleWatch also did not lead to constant wear - go figure 🤷🏻‍♂️

But if you are thinking of it be quick, they are limited and will likely sell out 😊👍🏻

Have given both of my daughters baby G-Shock...thinking they don't need take them off even in pools etc. First daughter loves to wear watches all the time but tends to loose them.. while the other doesn't wear often. Trying to find small and rugged mechan...  

Vintage might be easier because there were more watches in the smaller size ranges. Hence my first choice being the Fortis Mini Flipper 😊 ...
