This is what I've been asking for from GS for a while now. Only cons are the increased price and the incessant limited editions (including this one). Very excited to see what they come up with for a regular production model. The 'white birch' for the new ...

I think if they took the snowflake dial/hands/indices and put it in the new case with the new spring drive movement, it'd be pretty unbeatable.

I recently passed getting the new manual wind spring drive as I did not like the 19mm lug…this one is a winner

My friend wanted to try one on in the boutique here. But they applied high pressure selling tactics on him (a regular customer at their boutique). They told him “sorry you have to put a non refundable deposit and no trying”

But the retail practice is a little strange. They want to sell to customers without having them try it on. It’s like calling a car dealer, and not being offered a chance to see (let alone test) the car. Somewhat like “if you don’t buy it, someone else wil...

I had to go through that buying my Corvette and it doesn't allow you understand or make a reasoned decision for or against. Of course you can always sell it later (outside the door in front of the boutique, from a string of watches inside your jacket?) Ba... 

I’ve always dislike the thickness of the GS models but that WB was quite thin and felt perfect ...  

Three vs. five days? Is the movement the only difference?

The Birch is also thinner and the case shape is a bit different. The Birch sits very flat on the wrist. The bracelets may be slightly different.

I do not like the new hour hand or markers. As far as I know, it's sold out, which is quite something for a $8k+ watch "limited" to 2021 units.

It's the GS boutique limited SBGA469. Details can be found on the site but I think it could cannibalize the SLGA007. I like the SBGA469's hands and markers a lot more. ...

It sold out on the GS online US boutique in less than a day. It's a limited ed, but they don't say how many units... 🤔

Def like it more than the 007 from pics. Those indices do not work for me.
