Keeps great time, don't know about the finishing. With their higher end movements seiko tends to under promise and over-deliver.
I can't say that I was especially happy when they released the follow up models. I personally prefer the black / gray dial to the blue but it definitely feels less special now than when I bought it. Be prepared for them to continue diluting the collection in the future ...
