Soo... I do not like these specific watches but having said that ......
I like that Seiko is taking risks and experimenting with different colours and shapes. So many watchmakers, especially the bigger brands, do not want to make something really "out there" but Seiko does it, despite being massive! So, while I am not a fan (I do like how they did the Roman Numerals of the blue one) , I still like them for the simple fact that Seiko is trying.
These are real new official Seiko models - they are not modified, just bad to begin with.
Maybe our Seiko sensei from california can chime in?

As a total outsider, what I find incredible is the enormous difference in quality within the same brand, from Seiko all the way to GS and Credor...But clearly, the model is quite successful.
