One of my big musical idols has passed. Florian was a founding member of KRAFTWERK and passed about a week ago of cancer, 73 years old. News was released only today. Personally, I am quite saddened by this news. Their music and artwork has has been a pass...

Yes, they were discovering the Krautrock at the German experimental music scene. Brian like minimal music, so he took it too all the musicians which he produced albums with, for example Cold play and U2. Brian is the best producer. Other greats are Quincy... 

It is an awesome album. Radio Activity is the glue of technology. It is all what makes curious. It is German, and science. 🎼 It’s in the air for u and me 📡

I was fortunate enough to see Kraftwerk play live. Absolutely incredible sonic performance. A great loss.

I’ve been playing the vinyl versions of the albums this evening as my tribute.

I almost go. Otherwise, Ralph Hütter do tour with three other mitarbeiter. Or is Ralph on retirement?

Being another kid of the 70s, grew up listening to them on radio a lot, radioactivity and the model come to mind but I was never able to see them live!

Great concert registration of the Japan tour online. Ralph sings in Japanese language. Like Denktatu, Taschenrechner. Fukushima, Stop Radio Activity.

Sad news to hear that one creator of a new music style has died. "Roboter", such a timeless piece of music.

No way. I can not belief it. What a lost. My father who brings me into music, and teach me sounds. Florian Schneider is a god. My favorite instrument is a Moog. All credits too Kraftwerk. My other hero, Elvis Presley, was the first who did, bring me into ... 

I felt the same when Bowie died as you did. I think it took me a year to believe it. Same with Lou. Unbelievable! Now FS - unbelievable and way too early. A modest and shy man but a musical genius.

It can not be happen. Immortal. Florian was not a normal human. Immortal. I saw a picture just a few minutes ago. He wear a Cartier Santos, so he was a watch enthusiast too! I want every watch he wear. Coincidence, i like the Santos, so i must have it.

Play list is never far from me. ...  

Bowie and Iggy PoP as well. I have been listening all morning in my car, since I had a meeting far away. It never gets old.

David Bowie i listen often in my car, but i like Kraftwerk while driving. It’s no game part 1 from Scary Monsters. When the lady shout words in Japanese, it is a great song. And from Low, i crash always in the same car.

Great talent and part of my growing up phase listening to their genius !
