Welding aluminum is tricky but it looks like they have some really good craftsman in the shop. Did they start one up? How'd the engine sound?

...it looks to be an LS2 V8. By the 297kW, it would seem to be pretty much a standard engine, not much mass for it to push if that 1100kg is correct.

they still hand make their panels and still use wood for their chassis. they dont appeal to me, but i can imagine the attraction for others. G

Love the detail of the scaled engine, I've played with 1/10 & 1/18 gas and electric cars but the details on this one is amazing! LwC, do you race R/C cars? -MW
