As I mentioned, Singapore has a wide range interesting places to eat. While we have done some of the ‘classic’ dishes, such as chilli crab, on previous visits, this time we wanted to sample some of the finer European influenced establishments to gauge how well Singapore is maintaining its multicultural standards.
Iggy’s was really the standout epicurean experience (note to pplater: as good as our ‘local’ standard, Tetsuyas, and better than Vue de Monde, IMO, although a different culinary approach).
What follows is a selection.
