As for your espresso question, for the pod systems checkout Nespresso (which is in the equivalent model more compact machine and I think more variety of blends) and Delonghi (sp?). I'm no coffee expert but we have some experts in CaliforniaJed, AaronM, and many others so I'm sure they will have some great suggestions for you. Let us know what you decide to do and post a taste test review!

i looked at the nespresso c100 machine. it has its ups and downs. the bad, is that it doesn't include a milk frother and i'd have to get an external machine which adds extra components and also adds to the cost. the bad thing and one thing i really dislik...

I'm not sure that's true, but even still, there are only 21 capsules that for optimum flavor make only about 1.5 ounces per shot. I usually use two or three capsules at a time, no problem. I guess cost would be my biggest objection. Greg
