I knew about a few other brands offering some models with such a heart-shaped hole (Pelikan, Montegrappa, Sheaffer., Platinum...) but I didn't know about other MB ones. Google is telling me about the Louis XVI Patron of Art LE having this feature. Do you know of any other MB ones?

MB uses the heart shaped hole from time to time to decorate special editions which are not available to the broad public

Yes it is a true passion also. My collection is composed of some targetted MB LE or vintage ones, some vintage pens which I particularly appreciate (Waterman 52, Parker 21, Mabie Todd Swan, Wahl-Eversharp...), and of course several Namiki pens.
