Read about this earlier today and saw a few seconds of a cell-phone shot video of the car being towed out of the marsh, I think it's a pity about the car, but I think the internet community is a bit overreactive about this subject. Poor insurance company....

In the past 2 weeks, 2 drivers have hit parked cars near my house
Luckily not on our street, which is a dead-end but still gets 40 mph maniacs driving through. Each of the accidents was due to reaching over to the passenger seat to get something, and veering into parked cars. Naturally each poor parked car was punted up...
