While for Rolf's family, life will never be the same again, we can be optimistic that the company, Ulysse Nardin, will continue the course Rolf had started to sail. It is a good thing that he had always been a "patron" in the best sense, and felt responsible for his people. As a consequence, the staff was never subjected to a high fluctuation that is so common in other companies these days. All the people on which the company depends now have been there already since ten or twenty years, sometimes even longer. This will help now to continue realizing Rolf's visions.
