I think you are right...
The Diavolo has advanced the original movement design considerably with the orbital tourbillon added, while the Cruiser is perhaps a bit more cosmetic. The price difference between the two being compared here isn't small as a result.
In any case, both are great pieces.
Still wish they came closer to the 42mm original size

I like the hints in the case (bezel) that remind me of the original, and while I love the anchor on the Cruiser, I can't ignore the orbital flying tourbillon on the Phantom...to me the movement is "cooler" Dave

The problem of the Cruiser is that its case is really chunky.
